This isn’t about shrinking yourself. It’s about rebuilding after pregnancy, injury, illness, or years of putting everyone else first and learning exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing, so you’re never dependent on a coach forever.
I don’t withhold information. I teach you how your body works, how to train it, how to fuel it, and how to adjust when life inevitably throws chaos your way. My goal is to make you dangerous, in the gym and on your own.
